Successful Ohio Searches since 1967

OHIO RECORDS ARE OPEN!

What you will receive from the State once you have applied for your records will be the same as the pre-1964 adoptees have been getting for years.

1) A copy of your Original Birth Certificate
2) A copy of the Adoption Decree from the Probate Court who finalized your adoption.
3) A copy of the paperwork used to change your name to what it is now.

You won't get any current information about your birth family. This is where we can help you. Once you receive your paperwork, call us to finalize your search.

Hundreds of references upon request, 50 years experience.
Operated by Reunited Adoptees who know what it's all about and how it feels!
